We’re so excited to announce that our Kickstarter pre-orders have arrived to our offices in Southern California! We’ll be shipping out the orders in the next few days.

As we have a lot of Kickstarter orders (thanks to 900 of you!), we’re going to be printing out all shipping labels at once to ensure our fulfillment process goes as quickly and smoothly as possible. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your label has been printed out—so don’t be alarmed if you track your order in a few days and it is still at our warehouse. Our small (but mighty) team will be working to get all Kickstarter orders out by early next week! 

If you pre-ordered on our website after March 25th, we should be receiving our next batch within the next 2 weeks barring any shipping delays. Once we receive to our offices, you'll receive an email update from our team to keep you in the loop as to when to expect your TickTalk 4 shipment.

If you have changed your delivery address on your Kickstarter order since Friday, April 30th, please be sure to email support@myticktalk.com with the updated address and we will update in our system manually.
