When will I receive my TickTalk 4 pre-order?

We can't believe it's been a little over a month since our Kickstarter ended--it's been a whirlwind! We've been working tirelessly to make sure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible and we're excited to say that production is officially completed! 

As some of you may know, the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports (which bring in a third of U.S. imports) have been backed up since last October due to the pandemic, resulting in shipping delays of up to 2-3 weeks. In an effort to ensure you receive your TickTalk 4 as soon as possible, we've decided to air freight every pre-order to avoid any shipping delays. 

We are going to get all pre-orders out as soon as possible, shipping in the order that pre-orders were received. All Kickstarter orders will be shipped before mid-May and all our website pre-orders will be shipped before the end of May. You'll receive a notification from our team with tracking information as soon as it is en route to you. We'll keep you posted with any additional updates as they come. We're excited for you to receive your TickTalk 4!
