In observance of the holidays, we will be closed on the following dates to allow our dedicated team to spend time with their families:

Tuesday, December 24 - Available until 2:00PM PST

We will resume normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST) on December 26 and January 2. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist during normal business hours before and after these dates.

**Please note, due to the increased number of SIM activations during the holiday period, it may take up to 48 hours for your TickTalk phone number to activate with the carrier. Once your line has been activated successfully, you will receive an email with your TickTalk smartwatch phone number.
