Hard Reset your TickTalk 4 from the App
Prior to resetting your TickTalk 4, we recommend backing up your TickTalk 4 to T-Cloud prior to resetting. To back up, go into your TickTalk App > Settings > T-Cloud > Backup.
Make sure your TickTalk 4 is online (which you can see from your TickTalk App Home Screen). Once you've confirmed it is online, go to your TickTalk App > Settings > System Reset. This will delete all your information from your TickTalk smartwatch and reset it back to factory default.
Unpair Your TickTalk 4 from the App
To remove your old watch from the TickTalk App, tap the profile icon in the top left corner and select the watch that you wish to remove. Now, you can go to your App Settings > Approved App Users > Unbound to remove your watch from your App account. Once you click unbound, you will be logged out of the TickTalk App. When you log back in, the previous watch will be unpaired.
