PRESS RELEASE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

BREA, California – TickTalk, the innovative kid’s smartwatch phone creator, announces a new charitable initiative to commemorate Juneteenth, a day that marks the emancipation of slaves in the United States. In honor of this historic event and the tireless work of My Brother’s Keeper, a charity founded by former President Barack Obama, TickTalk will donate a portion of every TickTalk 4 kid’s smartwatch purchase in June to the organization.

My Brother’s Keeper is dedicated to empowering young people of color to reach their full potential, regardless of their background or circumstances. The charity provides mentoring, education, and other resources to support young people of color and create pathways to opportunity.

“Racial equality directly impacts the well-being and prosperity of our society as a whole,” said Ying Gong, President and co-founder of TickTalk Tech LLC. “When people from diverse backgrounds come together and work towards a common goal, it leads to a wealth of new ideas and perspectives that drives innovation and progress.”

With a shared vision of equality and opportunity for all, TickTalk is proud to support My Brother’s Keeper and its vital mission. By donating a portion of proceeds from every TickTalk 4 smartwatch purchase in June, TickTalk hopes to make a meaningful contribution to the charity’s efforts to empower young people and build a more just and inclusive society.

To support this initiative, customers can shop TickTalk’s website throughout the month of June. A portion of every TickTalk 4 kid’s smartwatch and bundle purchases will be donated directly to My Brother’s Keeper at the end of the month. Donations can also be made directly to the charity on their website.

About My Brother’s Keeper

President Obama launched My Brother’s Keeper in February 2014 to address the persistent opportunity gaps boys and young men of color face and to ensure all young people can reach their full potential.
