PRESS RELEASE
BREA, California – TickTalk announces the launch of TickTalk Gives, a groundbreaking commitment to support charitable causes dedicated to providing a better future for both children and families. Through the initiative, the company will support nonprofit and not-for-profit organizations on local, national, and global scales to create long-lasting change.
A series of giveback campaigns with a different cause spotlighted each month, TickTalk Gives will collaborate with organizations targeting environmental sustainability, wildlife conservation, equality, education, and family services. The inaugural TickTalk Gives campaign, starting October 1, will donate a portion of proceeds from pink purchases, including TickTalk 4 smartwatches, Twists Wireless Bluetooth Headphones, and qualifying bundles, to go toward the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
“We started TickTalk to help families around the world stay connected anytime, anywhere. During the pandemic, I saw families struggling to survive, with many children not knowing where their next meal would come from. As a parent, it made me incredibly sad and I wanted to take action. TickTalk Gives is the perfect solution–allowing us to broaden our goal of helping families globally while simultaneously improving the world our children will inherit,” said Ying Gong, President and Co-Founder of TickTalk.
TickTalk Gives will create awareness around critical issues while giving charitable organizations funds for research, resources, and on-the-ground support. With donations from a percentage of proceeds and through round-up offerings at checkout with a donation match by TickTalk inviting customers to participate, the program will innovate change with organizations who can make the most impact.
Aiming to leave the world a better place for the next generation, the program will work closely with non-profit organizations who can create impactful change while raising awareness around critical issues. Funds for research, resources, and on the ground support will be raised by donations from a percentage of proceeds on eligible products or through round-up offerings at checkout with a donation match by TickTalk inviting customers to participate in making a difference.
With campaigns scheduled through the end of the year, customers can choose to donate warm Thanksgiving meals to families struggling with homelessness in the Los Angeles area or participate in a toy donation drive for the holidays for children at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
