We value the voices in our TickTalk community and want to ensure you all that we're strategizing ways to help make staying safely connected with TickTalk easy, memorable and safe! See below for 2 new major features:

Sync Watch's Photos & Videos

Easily access your child's watch album from the Parent Portal > Watch Photos & Videos section in the TickTalk app. Follow the below instructions to connect to the watch's WLAN and seamlessly download photos and videos directly to your phone:

  1. Connection Required

Ensure that both the watch and your phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

  1. Join the Watch's Wi-Fi

On your phone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and select the watch’s Wi-Fi network.

  1. Get Verification Code

An 8-digit verification code will appear on your watch screen.

  1. Enter Verification Code

On your phone, open the TickTalk App and enter the 8-digit code when prompted.

  1. Start Syncing

Once connected, return to the TickTalk App > Watch Photos & Videos to begin syncing and viewing the watch’s photos and videos.


You can now browse and download your child’s photos and videos directly from the app!

Simply update your watch OS and TickTalk App to access this feature! 



In-App Live Support

Easily access In-App Live Support from the app login screen, home screen, or Parent Portal > My App section. Quickly find troubleshooting guides or connect with our support team for assistance.
