All messaging and video calling is done through the TickTalk App to ensure your child’s data and privacy are always protected. Parents/Admins and pre-approved contacts can only contact the watch directly through the free TickTalk App which is available to download at the Google Play and Apple Store.
All messages are stored in our Secure Messaging Center and you have the option of sending texts, voice messages, photos, GIFs, and emojis back and forth with your child to always stay connected. To send a message, go into your TickTalk app and select Messages on the bottom navigation bar of the screen. To start a Group Chat, simply select Group Chat, select the members of your group, and start messaging!
You can grant access levels of up to 53 parent-approved contacts. Give someone Full Access to access the same features as the Admin (you) including locating and settings or give them Limited Access to only grant access to video calling and messaging with your TickTalk.
Have a contact you want to add that doesn't have access to internet? Simply add their phone number as a contact and you child can call them using voice and Wi-Fi calling. For any additional questions, please contact our Support Team here.
