Adding another Parent or Guardian to use the TickTalk App

The first person who pairs and activates your TickTalk smartwatch will be known as the Admin User. While there can only be one Admin User, you can save as many contacts as you'd like (up to 53) to be guardian users!

Download the TickTalk App & pair with your TickTalk watch

First, your co-parent or guardian will need to download the TickTalk App. After setting up an account, they'll need to pair with your TickTalk by selecting the contact icon in the upper left hand corner, select Add Another TickTalk, and select scan QR code or Pair with TTID Number to manually enter your child's TTID number (which you can find in your watch Settings > Pair).

Approve the pairing request  

You'll receive a notification for anybody who requests to add your child as a contact. To approve the user, go to your TickTalk App Settings > Approved App Users and approve the request.

Grant them Full Access 

Once you've approved the contact request, you'll be prompted to set their access level. For parents and guardians, give them Full Access to have the exact same access as you including location tracking, Remote Answer, saving contacts, editing settings, adding reminders, and everything you can do!
